This is a condo hangar located at Springbank Airport, 152 Maclaurin Drive, Calgary, Alberta. The condo complex is the Phase II development of Springbank Condo Hangars
by KEG Development. The Phase II development has 15 untis located in three separate structures.
It is a double hangar (two hangars back to back). The two doors are
North Facing and South Facing. Each hangar is 3,575 square feet. The total square footage for both hangars is 7,150 square feet.
There is no wall separating the two
hangars so this leaves full access to the entire hangar from either the north or south doors.
Each hangar has a man door, a 8 foot X 10 foot vertical lift door, and
a 50 foot wide bi-fold door with a 16 foot high under door clearance.
This double hangar has a 50 foot X 17 foot (700 square feet) mezzanine with complete kitchen and a small
office.
There is one wash room with roughed in shower and a second roughed in wash room that is not built out.
